Painesville Depot - HO Scale
The Painesville (OH) Depot opened on February 1, 1893 to serve the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad, which later became part of the New York Central. Featuring the Richardson Romanesque style, it served passengers until May 1971. A dedicated volunteer group rescued and restored the depot and it now serves as the Painesville Railroad Museum, displaying various railroad memorabilia and hosting events like the Lincoln Funeral Train.
The Painesville Depot is bigger than it appears! Confirm your layout has sufficient space.
