This is the American Brewery building in Baltimore, MD and was the first kit offered by Custom Model Railroads. A few years ago we had the opportunity to meet Jeff Springer of CMR, and he graciously showed us his shop and we then piled into a van to visit the real American Brewery which was renovated in 2004-2006. Although CMR no longer offers the American Brewery kit, they have an expansive offering of many other fine structures.
